The first time class. Your jump off point to our full lineup of Alchemy classes. You’ll find approachable and knowledgeable coaches, small class size, and basic movements and transitions for athletes of all fitness levels. Not a prerequisite to our other signature classes but you can rest assured we’re here to take the “scary” out of any and all workouts.

Bands. Balls. Rollers. Coach JT is giving you the insight on how to use the tools you have to add much needed mobility to your life. Following the mobility session, Coach Katy will be deep diving into a nutrition lecture giving tips/tricks to fueling your body day in and day out. Prepare for giveaways and a good time.
