When an athlete completes their set of 9 Burpees, increase the 10 Box Jumps and 10 Swings to 15 and 15 and start over at 3 Burpees. At the completion of the set of 9 Burpees the second time, increase the 15 Box Jumps and 15 Swings to 20 of each and begin over at three Burpees again.
