It’s one of my favorite things to have after a workout, especially the kind that’s jam packed with protein so that it can help with muscle recovery. If you haven’t tried Skoop Protein Powder, you’re missing out! In this recipe, I used Skoop B-Strong Vanilla. It’s plant-based, which is great for my paleo and vegan friends and actually tastes good! In addition to the protein powder I used mixed berries, almond butter, cinnamon, and almond milk for the mot delicious smoothie you’ll ever make!
